Comms Consult is an independent Business Telecoms consultancy. We specialise in providing the best advice to our customers and potential customers.

We specialise in Call Centre solutions both inbound and outbound. The majority of our work is done using a predictive dialler and automated dialler which would normally work in conjunction with a business telephone system.

A Call Centre would either want to use a predictive dialler if a call campaign was being used to sell to the consumer market and an automated dialler in a business to business sales environment.
